1. Take out the pipes & channel assembly from Kit.
2. Connecting the pipes
Fix the plain pipe on to the connector so as to match the groove on both pipes. (Fig 1)
Put 3 / 4 drops of adhesive on the open portion of connector (Fig 2)
Repeat the above for remaining 3 pipes.
3. Fitting the channels to the ceiling
Both channels should be parallel to each other. The channel with double pulley should be fitted at the pulling end. Keep minimum 3'' distance from the wall. Use PVC plugs & screws to fit the channels in the ceiling. The distance between two channel should be equal to the length of the pipe. (Please Refer the Ceiling Top View on the Rear Page)
4. Bracket-Pulley assembly
The bracket can be moved within the channel by loosening the 2 screws (Plastic / Metal) onsides of each bracket. Tighten the screws so that the single & double bracket pulleys on the 2 channels are parallel to each other 7" distance between 2 brackets is recommended. (Fig 3)
5. Rope Assembly
For Rope Assembly please refer the 3D view on the rear page & also refer the following instructions.
For Brackets With Guide Bush
Insert the rope from any of the two pullies, when it comes out insert it in the hole of Guide Bush so that the open end comes out. Repeat the procedure for all pipes. (Fig 4)
Insert rope from the hole, tie a knot and again pull the rope at the single pulley end.
Fix the black cap to the pipe end.
Repeat this procedure for both ends of all pipes. (Fig 5)
6. Fixing Special lock
Fix the white button with the help of the screw at a height of 54” from the bottom (Fig 6)
Special lock has two holes on the top. Insert the two ropes coming down from the double pulley in the holes. Make sure that the rope will not get twisted. (Fig 7)
Place the lock in the white button, push it up slightly & tie a knot of two ropes & insert the knot into the cavity so that it will not visible from the front. (Fig 8)
Insert a rope end cap through the open end of the two ropes and tie a knot to the open end. (Fig 9)
