TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL EASY DRY RETAILERS

1. Infrastructure Requirement:

It is expected that a retailer has an office / storage space of at least 100 sq. feet and is ready to invest Rs. 50,000/- as working capital.

2. Transportation and Minimum Order Value:

Transport will be borne by EDSPL up to the retailer’s location (door delivery). Minimum value of each order will be Rs 30,000/- (can be a combination of any number of items). For all orders below this amount, transport charges will have to be borne by the dealer (i.e on TO PAY basis).

3. Payment Terms:

All dispatches will be done strictly against 100% advance. Dispatch will be done within 2-3 working days after deposit of amount in our bank.

4. Area of Operations:

Area of operations is decided by EDSPL prior to appointment as a retailer. EDSPL does not give retailership for multiple areas in larger cities. For example – In Mumbai, retailership is given only for single suburban station. Retailership inquiries for entire state / region are not entertained. It is mandatory for a retailer to work only within the area of operation allotted to him.

5. Email:

All EDSPL official communication is through email only. Therefore, retailers are expected to have the necessary infrastructure and be well conversant with the same.

6. Termination:

Any instance of retailer selling our product at a price beyond MRP will result in immediate termination of retailership.

7. Sale price :

Once EDSPL considers this application and approves the applicant to become an authorized retailer, the retailer must sign an agreement for authorized dealership to accept more detailed terms and conditions of the association with EDSPL.
